REFUND POLICY

Because all engagements involve limited spaces, reserved time, and private intellectual work, the following policy applies.

‍Teen Pattern & Youth Pattern

‍Refund requests may be considered prior to the official commencement of the engagement. Once the program has begun, refunds are generally not available.


‍OPCI® Private

‍Private engagements reserve dedicated time specifically for each participant. Sessions are non-refundable. Rescheduling may be accommodated with reasonable notice (48 hours).

‍Exceptional Circumstances

‍Requests relating to exceptional circumstances may be considered individually at Skalled's discretion.
